All apartments are air-conditioned during the summer months and offer a pleasantly cool indoor climate. Our year-round heated outdoor pool is available to you 24/7 during summer.

Please note that we do not offer room service or interim cleaning.

Check-in

  • Check-in from 16:00
  • Early check-in available on request (€80 fee)
  • Arrivals after 19:00 only by prior arrangement
  • Key box code will be sent after successful check-in approval

  • Refunded on departure day if no damages are found

⚠️ Note: All apartments are carefully inspected before arrival and video documentation is created for security purposes. Normal wear and tear is recorded to avoid misunderstandings.

Towels & Linen

Upon arrival, each guest will find:

  • 1 large towel
  • 1 pool & sauna towel
  • 1 towel per person in each bathroom
  • Free towel change every 3 days upon request

Pool

  • 01 May – 31 October: Open 24/7
  • Winter & low season: 15:00 – 19:00
  • Please use swimwear only

Wellness Area

Winter High Season

  • Daily from 15:00 – 19:00
  • For guests aged 16+
  • Free of charge for our guests

Summer & Low Season

  • No age restriction
  • Available upon request for an additional fee
  • Reservations must be made by 11:00 on the same day
  • Reservations via WhatsApp or SMS only

The sauna is reserved exclusively for the apartment that made the booking.

Available daily between 15:00 and 19:00.

Cost: €30 per hour including sauna towels.

The entire wellness area, including the steam bath, will be reserved exclusively for you.

Please send your reservation by 11:00 at the latest, including apartment number, preferred time and number of guests.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome upon request only due to allergy-friendly apartments.

  • €30 per night and pet
  • More than two dogs upon request

Laundry Room

  • Located on the ground floor
  • Two washing machines available free of charge
