To help you enjoy your stay from the very beginning, we would like to provide you with some important information in advance.

Accommodation

  • Our apartment complex is under video surveillance and located directly at the free ski bus stop.
  • We offer 16 comfortable apartments with a year-round heated outdoor pool.
  • Please note that we do not offer hotel or room service.

To receive your Online Check-in form and the key box code on time, please send the following details by email to:

Please also let us know your car license plate number.

If you have booked directly with us (not via Booking.com), we already have your details. You will automatically receive the check-in form link via the email titled “Check-in Guidelines.”

Security Deposit – €500 per apartment

As stated transparently on our website and booking platforms, a €500 security deposit per apartment is required.

Credit card details are mandatory

  • For the security deposit (€500 – see booking confirmation).
  • Since we partially offer self-check-in only, please send the following at least 24 hours before arrival to office@aparthotel-kaprun.com:
  • Credit card details (including expiry date)
  • A valid ID document

Refund:
On the day of departure, the deposit will be released immediately (provided no damage has occurred and the apartment is returned in good condition), including a receipt showing the release of the authorization.

Important:
Only damages caused by negligence are charged. Normal wear and tear is documented by our team before releasing each apartment.

Reception & Check-in

  • Our reception is not permanently staffed as in a classic hotel. Please make sure to follow our check-in policy.
  • Check-in from 16:00
  • Early check-in (if available): €50
  • Late arrivals after 19:00 only by prior arrangement and written approval.

You will receive the key box code by email or WhatsApp shortly before arrival once the check-in process is complete.

How to open the door:

  1. Enter the code into the key box and take the key.
  2. Hold the key (not the keychain) against the key reader beside the door.
  3. The entrance door unlocks automatically.

Apartment Equipment

  • Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, Nespresso capsule machine, dish towel, microfiber cloth
  • Bathroom: shower/WC, towel warmer, hairdryer
  • Underfloor heating in all apartments. No air conditioning – for environmental reasons – and we enjoy wonderfully fresh alpine air!

Starter Set – Included in the Price

  • 1 set of bed linen per booked person
  • 1 pool towel & 2 bath towels per person (placed on your bed)
  • “Towel change available every 3 days – free of charge on request.”
  • 1 hand towel in each bathroom
  • Kitchen: 3 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper, 1 dish towel & 1 microfiber cloth
  • Toilet paper per WC, shower/hair shampoo

Bread Service – Bakery Katschner

  • Order fresh bread rolls easily online!
  • Order deadline: by 7:30 p.m. the day before
  • Minimum order value: €12

Heated Outdoor Pool – Free of Charge

  • May 1 – October 31: Open 24/7
  • Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 – 07:00.
  • Winter season: Daily from 3 pm to 7 pm
  • From March 15: On request between 3 pm to 7 pm – just send us a message via WhatsApp or email by 11 a.m. and we’ll open the heated pool free of charge.

Please use swimwear only. More details and pool rules are available on our website.

Wellness Area (Sauna & Steam Bath)

  • Winter main season: Free for guests 16+ years, open 3 pm – 7 pm daily.
  • 2 sauna/pool towels per person are provided in your apartment on arrival.
  • Summer & low season: Use on reservation only.
  • Exclusive private use from 3 to 7 pm €30/hour per apartment (including sauna towels).
  • Bathrobes are not provided.

Ski Room with Boot Dryer

  • Access: From the parking area via stairs, with your apartment key only.
  • Please do not carry ski boots or equipment through the main entrance.

Ski Rental – Exclusive Discount

Free Ski Bus – Directly Opposite

The bus stop “Fürth im Pinzgau – Kapruner Straße” is right in front of our building. The free ski bus runs every 15 minutes.

  • To Zell am See (Areitbahn / Schmittenhöhe): Bus stop before the tunnel
  • To Maiskogel / Kitzsteinhorn: Bus stop after the tunnel (left side)

We recommend downloading the ÖBB Scotty App for real-time schedules. Bus lines: 660 & 670

Pets

  • Pets are only allowed on request, as some apartments unfortunately cannot accommodate animals out of consideration for guests with allergies.
  • Fee: €30 per night per pet
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.

Parking

  • Each apartment includes 2 free parking spaces. Additional cars: €10/day.
  • Parking in front of the main entrance or at charging stations is not permitted (fire safety).
  • Please send us your car license plate – parking spots are assigned upon arrival.

EV Charging Station

  • Available on request and reservation – flat rate €40 (no meter).
  • Cash payment only – thank you for your understanding.

Video Surveillance

For your safety, all outdoor and common areas (reception, lobby, parking, ski room, laundry, staircases, garage, and waste area) are monitored.

Please dispose of your waste properly – cleanliness and environmental protection are very important to us.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 4 pm to 7 pm (or 24/7 via key code)
  • Early Check-in: €50 (subject to availability)
  • Check-out: 8 am to 10 am
  • Late Check-out: €50 (on request & availability)

Fire Alarm – Legal Requirement

  • Always use the extractor fan when cooking.
  • Only use our pots and pans (suitable for ceramic hobs).
  • Smoking, incense, or open flames are strictly prohibited.
  • False alarms trigger a direct fire department call – fees start from €580.

No Air Conditioning – Eco-Friendly Apartments

To protect the environment, our apartments are not air-conditioned.

Cleaning

  • Daily cleaning not included.
  • Mid-stay cleaning incl. bed linen & towel change: €160 (on request)

Laundry Room

  • Free use of 2 washing machines & 2 dryers (bring your own detergent).
  • Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board available.
  • (Video surveillance for security)

Keys

  • Your key gives access to the main entrance, ski room, and laundry room.
