We are very pleased that you have chosen one of our apartments.

To help you enjoy your stay from the very beginning, we would like to provide you with some important information in advance.

On our website, you will find detailed descriptions, photos, and information about our 16 apartments, our policies, and facilities including the year-round heated outdoor pool and wellness area opening hours.

Accommodation

• Our apartment complex is under video surveillance and is located directly at the free ski bus stop.
• We offer 16 comfortable apartments with air conditioning / AC available during summer months and a year-round heated outdoor pool.
• Please note that we do not provide hotel or room service.

Your Arrival Day

To send you the important online check-in form and the key box code in time, please email the following information in advance to:

If you booked directly with us (not via Booking.com), we already have your information and you do not need to send it again. You will automatically receive the check-in form link by email under: Check-in Guidelines.

Important

Please note that without full compliance with the check-in guidelines, access to the apartment cannot be granted. The full check-in guidelines will be sent in a separate email.

Security Deposit – €500 per apartment

As communicated transparently before booking (in your offer or on Booking.com policies), a security deposit of €500 per apartment is required.

Credit Card Details

For the €500 security deposit (see Check-in Guidelines), you will receive a secure payment link in a separate email at least one day before arrival. Please enter your credit card details via this link.

Refund

On departure day, the deposit will be released immediately, provided no damage has occurred and the apartment has been properly handed over.

Important Note

This only covers damages caused negligently by the guest. Normal wear and tear is properly documented by our team before each apartment is released.

Reception & Check-in

Our reception is not staffed continuously like in a classic hotel. Therefore, it is very important that our check-in guidelines are strictly followed.

• Check-in from 16:00
• If your apartment is ready earlier, we will be happy to inform you. (Early check-in €50)
• Late arrivals after 19:00 are only possible after prior agreement and written consent with the owners.
• The code for the key box will be sent via email or WhatsApp shortly before your arrival, once all check-in guidelines have been successfully completed.

How to open the door

1. Enter the code into the key box and take the key.
2. Hold the key (not the keyring with the apartment number) to the key reader next to the key box.
3. The entrance door unlocks automatically.

Apartment Equipment

• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, Nespresso capsule machine, dish towel, microfiber cloth
• Bathroom: shower/WC, towel warmer, hairdryer
• Underfloor heating in the apartments, no air conditioning for environmental reasons, as we enjoy wonderful fresh country air

Starter Set – Included in the price

• Per booked person: 1 set of bed linen
• 1 pool towel & 1 shower towel (placed on the bed) – towel change on request every 3 days
• 1 small towel in each bathroom
• Kitchen: 3 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper, dish towel & microfiber cloth
• Toilet paper per WC, shower/hair shampoo

Year-Round Heated Outdoor Pool

• May 1 – October 31: open 24/7
• Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00
• Winter high season: daily from 15:00 to 19:00
• From mid-March: upon prior request from 15:00 to 19:00

Please use the pool only in swimwear.

Wellness Area

• Winter high season only for adults (16+)
• Daily from 15:00 to 19:00
• Sauna & pool towels placed on the bed upon arrival
• Summer & winter low season: use only by prior reservation
• Cost: €30 per hour per apartment

Ski Bus

The ski bus stop Fürth im Pinzgau – Kapruner Straße is located directly at Emma Deluxe. The ski bus runs approximately every 15 minutes and is free of charge.

Pets

• Pets allowed only on request
• Special price for direct bookings: €30 instead of €35 per night per pet
• Please always keep your pet on a leash

Parking

• Two free parking spaces per apartment
• Each additional car €10 per day
