To protect the environment, our apartments do not have air conditioning.

Fans are available on request for a fee of €20 each (maximum 2 per apartment).

  • Video surveillance: entrance, parking, ski room, laundry room, stairwells, waste area

Important

Access to the apartment is only possible once all check-in requirements are fulfilled. Full check-in instructions will be sent in a separate email.

Security Deposit – €500 per Apartment

As communicated before booking and on Booking.com under policies, a security deposit of €500 per apartment is required.

Credit Card Details

For the €500 security deposit (see policies), you will receive a secure payment link in a separate email no later than one day before arrival. Please provide your credit card via this link.

Refund

On departure day, the deposit will be released immediately, provided no damages occurred and the apartment is handed over in proper condition.

Important Note

Only damages caused by negligence will result in withholding of the deposit. Normal wear and tear will be properly documented by our team before releasing the deposit.
