No Air Conditioning
To protect the environment, our apartments do not have air conditioning.
Fans are available on request and prior reservation for €20 each (maximum 2 per apartment).

Important Check-in Information
Access to the apartment is only possible once all check-in requirements are fulfilled.
Full check-in instructions will be sent in a separate email.
Security Deposit – €500 per Apartment
As communicated before booking, a security deposit of €500 per apartment is required.
A secure payment link will be sent no later than one day before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded on departure day provided no damages occurred and the apartment has been handed over properly.
Only damages caused by negligence will result in withholding of the deposit.
Normal wear and tear will be documented accordingly.
