We warmly welcome you!
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we would like to provide some important information in advance. On our website, you will find detailed descriptions, photos, and information about our apartments, policies, and facilities. Here are some additional notes to help you:
Important Information: Check-in Guidelines & Self Check-In for your stay
Type of Property
- Apartment complex, no reception – self check-in!
- No hotel or room service.
- We offer 10 apartments of different sizes. Apartments Top I–V are in the left building, Top VI–X in the right building.
Security
Video surveillance in all exterior areas, underground garage, parking, staircases, ski room, laundry room, entrance, and lobby.
Apartment Amenities
Fully equipped apartments with microwave-oven combination, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, Nespresso capsule machine, and safe.
Please note there is no refill service for consumables like dish soap or toilet paper.
Bathrooms include shower/WC, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
Starter Set
We provide dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items if they run out.
Bed linen and towels are provided per person, along with 2 kitchen towels and 1 microfiber cloth.
Fire Safety
Smoke detectors are legally required. Always use the extractor fan when cooking or frying. Only use our provided pots and pans, as they are suitable for our ceramic hob and ovens.
Smoking, incense, or other substances that could trigger the fire alarm are strictly prohibited. In case of a fire, immediately open all windows. If the alarm is triggered, the fire department will be notified. Fire service costs will be charged to the responsible guest, starting from €580.
No Air Conditioning – Eco-Friendly
To protect the environment, our apartments do not have air conditioning. Enjoy the fresh mountain air instead – natural, healthy, and refreshing
Optional Fans: On request, fans can be provided for the entire stay at €20 each (maximum 2 per apartment).
Bread Service
Available via our online service. Orders must be placed by 19:30 the day before, minimum order €12. Delivered to the lobby basket. Please include your full name and “Emma Apartments” to avoid mix-ups. Partner bakery: Katschner Brot & mehr – Tel: 06547 8241.
Ski Room (Video Monitored)
Located in the building with the underground garage. Ski lockers are not lockable but monitored by video. The ski room door can be locked with your apartment key. Skis, boots, snowboards, and poles are not allowed in the apartments.
Parking
Free parking in the garage or under the carport.
Ski & Snowboard Rental
Guests receive 15–20% discounts at our partner shop Eurosport.

Laundry Room
Behind the “ROOM” door in the building with the underground garage. Washing machine and dryer free of charge. Detergent not provided. Video monitored.

Cleaning
Daily cleaning not included. Intermediate cleaning available on request for €140.
Pets
Only allowed on request due to allergy considerations. Fee: €30 per night per pet. Please keep pets on a leash.
Security & Waste Disposal
Exterior and shared areas, including reception, lobby, parking, ski room, laundry, staircases, garage, and waste area are video monitored. Dispose of waste properly. Violations may result in fines.
Important
Without full compliance with check-in guidelines, access to the apartment cannot be granted. Full guidelines will be sent separately.
Security Deposit – €500 per Apartment
As communicated before booking, a security deposit of €500 is required.
Credit Card
A secure payment link will be sent at least one day before arrival.
Refund
Returned immediately on departure if no damage occurred.
Important Note
Only damages caused by negligence are covered. Normal wear is documented.
Apartment Key
Grants access to the main entrance. Apartment number on key tag. Lost keys: €250.
